CloneBD and Speed menus

How does CloneDB work with AnydvdHD in relation to the speed menus. When turned on are Speed Menus JUST for playing back a Blu-Ray on a computer, or Are (Can) they be burned onto my backup copies as well. If I have them turned on, and play my backups on my player will they appear on my TV? I have never worked with blu-ray before just DVDs......been waiting for CloneDB before venturing into this world.
