The Program Clone DVD downloads good, but when I try to use it it will go away and tells me shortcut not found, I have downloaded it several time now and it's getting frustrating
 
After downloading CloneDVD it does notwork it flashes and then disapears, message states it cannot find the short cut
 
Do not create multiple threads about the exact same issue please.

Exit out of all Slysoft programs and reinstall

a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Clonedvd2 (start-->all programs-->Elaborate Bytes--->Clonedvd2-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Download Clonedvd http://static.slysoft.com/SetupCloneDVD.exe
e) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
f) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
g) Reinstall
h) Reboot

j) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall programs
