Clone DVD HD backup w/Toshiba A205

Hello-
As I am using the fully licensed Any DVD HD 6.4.1.2 and fully licensed Clone DVD 2.9.1.7 on a new Toshiba A205 laptop, the access to the ifo file is denied.
Error message: D:/video_TS.IFO:unable to open file.
Access is denied
Please be sure that all required files are available and try again.

I have never had this problem using Windows XP and standard DVD, this is my first foray into Vista and HD via Toshiba HD laptop w/HD capabilities. Any help? Is there a special technique to this process?
