That can't be all it says; it should give you information about your lowerfilters as well.

I see nothing wrong with your filters. At this point, I have no other suggestions, except what I've posted before.
 
Just to let you know. I uninstalled and reinstalled as per your suggested steps and now it is working perfect once again...Thanks so much....Carol
