Clone CD CD/DVD drives disappear

When I load CloneCD both my CD/DVD drives disappear. When I uninstall, they come back again. This happened some years ago and I can't remember for my life how.......but I did manage to fix it. Can any one help please. I'm sure it is a simple setting issue.

Let's take a look at the filter drivers:

1. Download ImgBurn (freeware): http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
2. Install it.
3. Start ImgBurn.
4. From the toolbar select Tools.
5. Select Filter Driver Load Order.
6. Click on the Copy to Clipboard button.
7. Click OK.
8. Click OK.
9. Exit ImgBurn.
