Wrong section to really post as this isn't an HD or BD Disc but they'll see it.

Oops!

Sorry, but I am using AnyDVD HD 6.1.7.1 beta and thought it would be the best place to point out that the latest beta may need a patch.

Where is the best place to post it? :)

If it is an HD-DVD or a bluray here. If it is a standard dvd in the anydvd section. I have the HD version as well just waiting on hardware to come down in price. :D

I am also waiting on Hardware to come down in price.

BTW, My regions on my drives were not set, so I went into the Hardware properties and set them to U.S.A. and then rebooted.

They were both unset. Is there a disadvantage of having them set to a region?

Thanks,

Disable anydvd put in a comercial DVD and let the drives get set then I guess to be safe reboot then enable anydvd again.

It kept having crc problems until I cleaned the disk with a cloth.

It seems to be working now! whoo-ho!

It just finished recording, but I haven't tried playing it yet.
