changed computers & lost my years sign up?

I just changed computers & re installed my new downloads for the clone & the any dvd & now they got me on a trial basis & I just paid for a year a couple months ago. What do I do now to try & get my year remaining to me.

Wrong section, moved. The DVD issues section forum section is as the name suggest for DVD issues only. License questions have their own questions. As to your issue, please file a support ticket and pick the category "lost license key". The staff will then be able to assist you and resend your key.
