Change AVC video from Level 5.1 to Level 4.1?

I'm using the AppleTV preset. It seems to work really well. I noticed that it uses AVC Level 5.1 output. Is there a change I could make to the devices.ini so the output files can be Level 4.1 instead.

Level 4.1 would increase compatibility with some other devices.
