After upgrading to Catalyst 7.4 drivers this morning it appears ATI/AMD have blown their own HDCP. I have a X1950Pro & an HDCP LG Monitor. Both worked fine under 7.1-7.3 drivers with or without AnyDVD/HD.
After upgrade PowerDVD reports "Unable to initialize HDCP, please use analog connection to monitor". after loading AnyDVD/HD all plays just fine.
What the hell goes on with ATI these days. First their drivers wont work with Nero Showtime now they blow up PowerDVD. This does not bode well for us folk with HD and/or BD movies. Thankfully AnyDVD/HD solves the PowerDVD problem. Now if only Nero.........
