Can't run VDC .iso videos after Windows 10 install

I burn movie .iso VCD files on my home office computer and store them in my HT computer that I have set up in my living room. A few weeks ago I installed Windows 10 on both computers and have worked out most the bugs with Windows 10. Thinking I usually have enough patience, I've attempted several work arounds including uninstalling / reinstalling VCD. I have not been able to play these .iso movies on either computer. Short of going back to Windows 7, I've tried almost everything I can dream up. There is a solution evading me that one of you might be able shed some light on I would appreciate your help.
