Can't register Game Jackal Windows 7x64

Hello
I have a couple of hours browsing the forum.
I have a new laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits and I'm trying to register the key for Game Jackal.
My key was generated on October 28, 2007 and did work on my previous computer.
I have administrator rights, have turned off Windows UAC and copied the key to my desktop, still I get the same error: :bang:
"Registration of C:\xxx\xxx\Desktop\Key.GameJackal has failed!"
Can anybody give me a hint please?

I had the same problem and contacted slysoft myself and asked for help but they just gave me the standard uninstall/reinstall solution, which doesn't work. After some time I ended up in the folder to Gamejackal where I started the registration program RegGameJackal.exe. If you do this and locate the registration file from within this program you should be able to register GameJackal. At least I did. Let me know if it works for you too...
