Can't play HD or BD discs with AnyHD and no HDCP card

I just purchased AnyDVD HD last week and do not have an HDCP graphics card. But when I try and play a movie, Power DVD still tells me that my card is not HDCP compliant. I thought AnyDVD HD was supposed to overwrite that.
Is there a trick to doing that?
AnyDVD is started, I'm running XP Pro, LG BD and HD-DVD PC drive, Samsung 24" HDCP monitor, GeForce 7600 GS graphics card.
