Can't open latest version of ANYDVD HD

Hi,

I have just downloaded the latest version of ANYDVD HD from the Slysoft site and installed it, rebooted and there is no sign of it in the tray and when I try to run it from Programs ... nothing happens!

Also when I try to uninstall it I get an error message saying error initialising uninstaller.

I have a lifetime membership for ANYDVD HD so I am not sure what is wrong.

Any ideas?

That sounds like some kind firewall blocking or A/V causing install problems...what Firewall or A/V do you have install? And what version did you download???
