Can't Copy Getting Error Message

I've had Any DVD for a couple years and never had a problem.I haven't used it for a couple months but did keep up with downloading all the new version updates.
I am trying to copy a movie and got this message:
"A read error has occurred while reading a file.
The file may be encrypted or cannot be read correctly by the
DVD device.If you are using a decrypter,you may need to restart it before running 1Click DVD copy? I put in a second movie and got the same message.I don't know how to restart it, although I have a feeling this is not the problemAny suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. disable crpx in 1-Click
2. Ensure Anydvd does not have safe mode selected
3. Ensure you're using the latest update of 1-Click
