can't convert, BD made by software "PlayMemories Home" (Sony HD-handycam)

Hi Guys,

Since January I try to convert with CloneBD my home videos from BDs as a file, but right after pressing the start button, an error message pop up, see log file as appendix.

I already send several times the file to the service but nothing changes till now.

Maybe someone has an idea?
