I have anydvd and clonedvd running on my pc (WINDOWS XP HOME) and cannot copy any movies.

I have an AOPEN 16XDVD +- R/RW optocal reeader dual layer but it continues to give me errors:

clone dvd runs to 16 % then says error reading disk.
clone dvd runs error regioanl lock 1 and 2 not available download firmware.

I went to AOPEN site and it says that its firmware may be incompatible with anyDVD.

I need help.
