Can't access physical or virtual Blu-ray -drives (Virtual CloneDrive)

OS & software: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (SP1), AnyDVD HD, (CloneBD, CloneDVD2, CloneCD) + Virtual CloneDrive 5.4.9.0 (I unistalled it)

Both physical blu-ray -drive and virtual blu-ray -drive doesn't work a long time
(about x hours they both doesn't work, a time varies). Both recognize that something is in drive,
but I can't access files. Also eg. image name doesn't show (in virtual drive). I used a earlier
versions of Virtual CloneDrive successfully, but don't know sure, what version(s) work for me.
I installed newest version (5.4.9.0) without any help of it. Any thoughts?

As you have problems with physical drives, the problem is completely unrelated to Virtual CloneDrive.
