AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved. Thank you.
See if renaming the highest XPL does the trick go into programs setting in anydvd and tick it.

appears to play fine
I am able to play it with PowerDVD. I did not test the whole thing but is able to play the first few scenes

1. Simply because a disc plays fine doesn't mean it's fine.
2. Your disc fails at 47%, which is unlikely to be around the first few scenes.
