• AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved. Thank you.

Here is the message from the browser. I tried the link above and got the same thing.
This site can’t be reached

www.redfox.bz
I clicked on the redfox.bz link you pasted and it worked perfectly. Your giant fonts have been thanked by visually impaired users around the world...

Southeastern US using chrome on a mobile device.
Starting with:
https://www.redfox.bz/

Then opened these three site links.

https://www.redfox.bz/support.html

https://www.redfox.bz/download.html

https://www.redfox.bz/purchase.html

So there's got to be something blocking it in your end .
Resetting the modem and router (if applicable). Will be a good starting point. Then I would attempt to open with a different browser.[ You could also open a unrelated site and then go to the RedFox site from there. ]
Also check and make sure your A/V and/or Firewall (if applicable) isn't blocking it.

I have tried all the above. I live in a very rural area and can only use a satellite internet provider. I was told that because satellite time is so expensive, I may have a certain delay amount that I am allowed. If the site takes to long or has too many redirects than I may not be able to access the site. I do not know how true that is. I have turned off my firewall and virus protection. I have reset the modem and router. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and Explorer. I still get the same message with every browser. Funny thing is I can get to the forum but I cannot get to any other part of the site.

Just talked to the service provider. He says that satellite connection has high latency. Some websites set their timeouts lower than the satellite can do. He feels that this is the problem. It does take quite a while to download anything and I exceed my cap quite quickly. I will take my computer into the office next week and try from there. I can reach the Redfox website at my office because I have done that before as a test.

That sucks bud. Would recommend you do all your update downloads there too. To save your bandwidth. You also may want to look into a smartphone. You could use that for alot of your online stuff. And with the Walmart straight talk the data is unlimited. And you could use that to get your updates. And actually if you look into it. You could also use that to get internet on your PC. You just plug it in through USB. And the phones data becomes your internet access. Of course each device is different in how you set it to do that. Used to do that when I was out of town on an Xbox.

OK. So I used my smartphone and got on. Purchased the key and the card was declined because my bank does not allow payments to China, I went to use my other Visa card an now it won't let me continue. The site just tells me my card was declined and to contact my bank. Why can't I use another card?

You may need to use another email address. After so many attempts on the same email it won't try to do it automatically it has to be manually put through.
You could try use this link to make it think it's a new "attempt":

Do you the nature of AnyDvDHD and the fact they are technically Outlaws. They must use a 3rd party PSP. And some banks don't like that. They are aware of this and are working extremely hard on trying to find a better way. If the card doesn't work. Really your best option is Bitcoin. However with the discount ending you may not receive them to use before the cutoff.
I will say that support

https://www.redfox.bz/support.html

And @Jill and @Ivan have been really helpful if you need a trial extension or a code for the discount so you can get the Bitcoin and the discount. There were a couple of sites that let you just pay in Bitcoin sorta like PayPal. But those may no longer be available. Circle was one but it's gone now.

Currently we have this setting in our shop:
If there are >=2 failed purchases with same payment instrument (= same credit card number) within the last 30 days, the order will set "on hold" for manual review. We try then to figure out where the problem is to get the order processed.

Using the same email address is possible, even with a different credit card.
