Cannot Get Any DVD to Uncode Any Movie

I am having problems uncoding any movie that I try to back up. I had this program prior and just got a new computer. On my old system, I used this program flawlessly.

My new system is Windows Vista. I am using ICopyDVDs2 to back up. I cannot get AnyDVD to unlock the CCS code of any movie at all.

I am enclosing the log of the most recent back up I attempted. Any advice would be appreciated.
