Cannot backup "Alone in Berlin"

The main movie title doesn't even show up.

And when I try VLC media player, the disc knows its being read in a computer dvd drive and won't even load the movie?

There are some issues. You might try cleaning the disc or try another drive that might be more forgiving. Since this is not a new movie, I would suspect the disc.

Hi, I cleaned the disc with windex (non ammonia) and used a microfiber towel to wipe. I also used a different DVD drive. Same thing. ..CLoneDVD sees only the other short titles..not the main movie. i attached a screenshot and another log file.

Which disc is this? Amazon order link? Can you please try AnyDVD 8.5.6.1 beta?
