There is a deafening silence from Slysoft officials/moderators on the audio sync problems being experienced by many users (See Audio Sync Problems thread) attempting to rip to DivX/AVI.
Is it too much to ask that someone at least acknowledges our problems? We did after all pay good money for this stuff.
A previously happy but now disappointed customer.
