Can someone give me a quick rundown on decrypting 4k UHD?

I have:
Pioneer BDR-XD05TB (Doesnt load 4k discs at all)
and
Archgon Style 4k (Loads 4k discs, HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N - Seems to be a rip off LG chinese clone)

It wont decrypt 4k on the Archgon one giving me bus decryption errors.
I googled and saw that its not "UHD Friendly", but what is?

I believe this one is?
Asus BW-16D1H-U PRO External (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00Z1LXAJG)
or is it different from "ASUS BW-16D1HT-PRO"

Basically what do I need to get and do from here.
 
Ok cool, so I found out if you use a modified asus flash tool + Downgrade Enabled Patched firmware of LG BU40N v1.00 on this Archgon drive, it will work for MakeMKV using LibreDrive
I will test soon if it also now works using AnyDVD HD or DeUHD
 
So it still doesnt work with AnyDVD HD, it still fails the Bus Decryption stuff
 
Because that's an official uhd drive. AnyDVD only works with friendly models
