So soon I will be buying a new computer and I'm interested if I can transfer my anyDVD license to another computer?
 
Yes, you can. Just install it and then double-click the license file. If you intend to continue using your old computer, you only need to keep in mind that AnyDVD should not run at the same time on both computers. So if you want to use it on the old one, consider closing it on the new one first.
I don't think it will cause any issues, but it is a recommendation that has been given in the past, so I repeat it.
