I don't want to disturb my installation of AnyDVD HD 7.6.9.5, but I'd like to try the new version in Trial mode until I can afford the license.

Safe or not?
 
Safe yes, possible no. You cannot install 8.x alongside 7.x. such functionality has never been possible. The only way you can do that is by installing 8.x on a second system.

Do note, access to the opd may end on may 31st if you're still on 7695.
 
That's OK, my first paycheck for my new job arrives June 16. I'll just install the Trial at the beginning of the month.
