Can CloneCD copy a bootable CD?

I'm Thinking of purchasing CloneCD, (already own CloneDVD and AnyDVD), to copy original restoration CD's for my Fujitsu TabletPC. The restore CD's are bootable CD's. Will CloneCD create an EXACT bootable copy of my restore CD's? Thank you.
 
Normally clonecd does. But check if there is a protection on it (i don't think, but we can never be sure).
