Can CloneBD Copy DVDs?

Just as the title says. I know CloneBD is made to copy Blu-rays. But it can be used like CloneDVD and copy and shrink DVDs as well?

The reason I ask is because, if and when SlySoft is ever able to remove Cinavia, then if they implement it into CloneBD. Would they also add it to CloneDVD? Some DVDs also contain Cinavia, and Blu-Ray Players also detect Cinavia in DVDs. So removing Cinavia from just Blu-ray Discs wouldn't help with the DVD versions I wouldn't imagine.
