Is it possible using ANYDVDHD to rip a HD or Blu ray DVD and eliminate the menus, just have one file which is the movie file itself which can be played back on the hard drive via Media player or media player classic, without using PowerDVD?

If so, what file would the movie be in?

Currently with regular dvd's i ename the vob extention mpg

Short version? No. AnyDVD HD alone is not capable of doing this. If you want to see people that ARE doing this, however, and what they're using, head to the doom9 forum where there is a lot of activity on this very subject. I'll forewarn you, however...this is not a "light" topic for discussion and involves some serious tools. Some are free, some are not. And it is NOT a straight forward process yet.
