Could you look at this log for a good playlist?

I tried to rip in Clonebd to MKV file and it was out of order, list 459.

Looks to me like 459 is perfectly correct.
What makes you so sure, it's out of order? (use the preview player in CloneBD to watch the connections between the clips - anything definitely out of order?)
