I am running AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. I just purchased a Sony DVD RW DW-D22a DVD Burner. I copied a movie to hard drive without a problem. When I tried to copy the movie to a blank DVD in my Sony DVD RW DW-D22a DVD Burner, I got the following message: "Please insert a recordable media into drive D:"

These blank Memorex DVDs were working with my old burner. Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix the problem?

Thanks in advance

1.) Which versions are you using? Update to AnyDVD 6.4.0.6 and CloneDVD 2.9.1.6 if necessary.

2.) Although Memorex is not good quality media, your burner should at least recognize it. Nevertheless try to use good quality media. Please read this (from Frequently Asked Questions (READ BEFORE YOU POST)):

Use good quality media (Memorex, Ritek, Princo, Fuji, TDK from Costco, and Maxell that are not made in Japan are not good quality media). Are you using inferior blank media? If you're not using Taiyo Yuden (not valueline), Verbatim, or Maxell Broadcast Quality, then chances are the answer is yes.
If you use poor quality blank media, then you should expect problems.
