Burning a Blue Ray to mp4

Im trying to burn my blue ray DVD to an MP4 file but cant seem to get it. There is no Video_TS directory, but there are a bunch of other directories, none seem to work. Whats the best way to get this done? Thank you!

As the name suggests, cloneDVD Mobile is for DVD's only. You need to take a look at BD-rebuilder

What the best way is is debatable.

Give VidCoder (which is based on HandBrake) or HandBrake a try - there lots of settings to tweak as well if you like that sort of thing.
VidCoder is more user friendly.
