Burn to MP4 copy audio doesn't match video

I tried to burn Captain America to iPad Air 2 device, using version 1.0.3.2 and it appears to burn fine, except the audio does not track properly with the video when played. I have stripped out all subtitles and audio (except English DTS HD Multi-channel). Also, can't find where to generate log file. Thoughts anyone?

Audio sync issues seem to be a very common problem with Clone BD. I was always able to create working MP4 and MKV files in past versions and never had any audio issues till recently. My main problem was trying to burn working discs. I was never able to send log files either, until recently. Now the ability seems to come and go. I always use tested Any DVD HD ISO files and only use Clone BD for other tasks.
