I usually have AnyDVD remove all annoying menu clips and short titles, but enabled the option to always show a properties dialog.
Today I watched a DVD that contains several short trailers that can be started by a seperate menu item. With my default preferences, these trailers got removed, so I inserted the disc again and deselected all the options for changing the disc structure:
What I noticed is that the trailers still got removed, i.e. the settings I made in the disc-specific properties dialog were simply ignored. The AnyDVD status window still listed 7 removed title clips and I was not able to start the trailers from the menu. Only when I changed the settings in the global preferences dialog, AnyDVD did remove the clips. I'm not sure if this is a general bug or specific to the disc I used, so I attached the disc logfile as well.
