I am new to this process and some help.

I want to rip my BD and HDDVD's to my HDD and play them back from my HDD.

I have been able to rip them successfuly (with AnyDVDHD) but cant play them back.

I have CyberLink Power DVD ultra and can play BD/HDDVD straight from disk but not play them back from file.

Not sure what i need to do to play them back.

Unless you're using PowerDVD 7.3 build 3319a or earlier then you have to make an ISO file and mount it to play back in PowerDVD

which version of powerdvd are you using because only 3619a and before can play from a file if you have a newer version then that youll need to convert the files to ISO and then mount and play

Assuming you have the correct HTPC hardware chain to play Blu-Ray/ are the simple steps:

    1) Decrypt Blu-Ray/HD-DVD : AnyDVD HD
    2) Burn decrypted DVD as ISO : ImgBurn
    3) Mount ISO : DAEMON Tools Lite 3.47
    4) Play ISO : CyberLink Power DVD Ultra

    Good lucky !
