Bitcoin processing order time?

Just purchased a license via Bitcoin. Stuck on the 4/4 page - verified the send-to address is correct (sent via the QR code and Coinbase app) and Coinbase says the transaction has been confirmed for over an hour - but still no change on the page or email acknowledging my order.

It seems to be stuck. Any advice? Coinbase screenshot attached showing completed payment with order number.

Such license issues cannot be addressed though use forum support. If you have sent the payment i suggest you file a support ticket. They're the only ones with the access to customer data.
