This has happened only once before to me on a backup of a Smallville Disc. This time it was the movie MADAGASCAR. It would be playing a chapter {not always the same one} and then jump back to the beginning of the DVD. I'm using Taiyo Yuden premium DVD-R x8 discs. Other movies I've backed up with these disc are fine. This jumping seems to happen when a chapter has ended and the next begins. Instead of the next chapter playing, it goes to the beginning of the disc. I've watched the entire movie many times with my kids. So I've seen it through all the way and not just here or there. On the Smallville DVD there are 4 episodes. With these it would go from an ending chapter to a chapter of the episode before it. That has only happened once to me. What would cause this? I burn at half speed.......x4 And this has never happened on any other DVD's I've made other than the ones mentioned. Using lastest AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. Using the worlds worst DVD/VCR combo.......Daewoo. But it plays good media backups. Thx Jalabar
I do not know. What is it and how would I find this out. 2] Had Incd......removed from PC over a year ago. 3] CloneDVD2 - v2.9.0.3 (I have Nero, but I only use CloneDVD2 to burn my backups. I would prefer the Anydvd status window from the original retain disc please. As for angles, the dvd packaging might indicate a multiple angle feature on the back of the retail box.
Not sure if it has multiple angles. Looked on the box but didn't see anything. Took a weak picture of the back. Probably can't tell from the shot though. This movie is not multiangle. I had not problem copying this movie when it was released. Try using CloneDVd for copy the movie not Nero.
I have Nero but only use CloneDVD2 for all burning now. I used to use DVDShrink with Nero burning. This AnyDVD and CloneDVD combo is more functional and faster. I mean ALOT faster than shrink by far.
Are those versions the beta's? Download page still has AnyDVD as 6.1.4.3 and CloneDVD has it as 2.9.0.3 Just go with the Beta ones then? Jalabar
