Backing up a DVD without Compression

Is it possible back up a movie using Clone DVD but using 2 sing sided disc?
I am trying to do this so I won't lose any quality, and single sided disc's are a lot cheaper than Dual sided disc.

Where you select the movie click the preview tab. You will see a scissor icon at the bottom of the preview screen. Click it. There are two triangular shaped sliders there. Leave the one at the front where it is. Move the the one at the end to the chapter tick closest to the middle. Burn the disc mark it as 1. Now move the back triangle to the end and move the front triangle to the same tick mark you had the back one on when you burnt the first disc. Burn the disc and mark it as 2.
