I tried to download several times.
Rebooted PC, then tried again. Attached log is from this attempt.

Dump files are heavily encrypted so I cannot read them, only the developers can read them, so I am afraid you will have to wait for them, sorry about this.

yeah, seems there are some issues with AP. tried downloading 'jigsaw' from SHOUT prime channel, older movie. tried several times, AS crashed every time. tried another movie in my watchlist, no problem. so, yeah. and judging by reports from others, this seems to be a problem atm.
 
After closing AS and trying to relaunch it, another crash - log attached.
Going to try rebooting, then launch AS.

A reboot of the PC allowed me to launch AS.
