Does anyone know how to create a generic avc profile (like the divx one)? I've tried manipulating the PS3 avc profile, but haven't had much luck.
 
Try this one - based on PS3 profiles:

I've just added another profile to the sticky format extension thread (http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=11381) you may be intersted in. It uses the avi container (instead of mp4) allowing H264 video and AC3 sound. Your device playback mileage may vary...
