if this helps you feel better, I have re-submitted my concerns and it will be interesting to see if I am ignored this time around AFTER responding as I did before.

Also, if a product is known to have issues of the sort, should you be a little nicer to your customers and "COMMONER/ POTENTIAL" customers as well?

I would not blame Fernando or Slysoft customer support staff if they completely ignored you with your attitude. I would. If you want help, then be civil and polite while on these forums. If you wish to be rude and sarcastic, find somewhere else to do it.

Fern there attacked/ insulted with the "respected customers/ non customers" response. Insult.


Point was/ still is, If I responded and followed procedure
(MY EMAIL ACCT. PROVES THAT I responded with times & dates)

Your tech. suppt. associate did NOT respond after that point.

Ban me if you will, just goes to show how excellent your service really
is (according to other ignored customers) and the hospitality that goes
with it.

I do not work for Slysoft. I do enforce forum rules, however.

If you wish to pursue support from Slysoft, you may continue to do so through their customer support system via email. But I really wouldn't blame them if they just ignored you, unless you learn to be civil in your correspondence.
