I don't know if these is a bug or just the way the tracked were encoded, but I figured I'd mention it.
Several episodes of a show I just downloaded have audio tracks that are like 1.5 minutes longer than the video. At first, I thought mkvmerge had a bug, creating a file with a duration so much longer than the MP4 file, but then ffmpeg did the exact same thing.
So, on closure inspection, I noticed the audio tracks are much longer than the video (all silence).
