[AS_1.2.9.2]Queue"hickups"

i've recently queued lost s01 from amz into AS
was doing some other stuff on the same machine besides that, till i realised somethings fishy.

for the record:

- chosen 1920x1080 audio german 640 DD+ 5.1 EAC3

Loss of surround audio is a known problem with APV at the moment, it's being worked on but there is a working workaround.

Pause the APV batch download queue. Then add titles you want 1 at a time, each time selecting the audio track you want (basically add titles to the queue as if batch downloading wasn't possible), it's a hassle for tv series but it does work.

Once you're done adding the titles you want, unpause the queue and it'll download all titles with surround sound.
