Wont decode DVD, disc is clean, no visible cracks or scratches, region 1 disc, gets to about 40% error out. Have tried multiple DVD players. Error dialog box says; FileIO 3 VTS_01_1.VOB 3333216256 450560

Disc does not seem to play correctly in DVD player, may be a defective disc. Will replace, retry and advise.

Looks like a dirty and / or defective disc (or drive) to me.
