I and many others get the "no" error message (since January for me)when CLONEDVD is "flushing buffers - writing borders" -- which hangs our DVD drive and requires a reboot ... (while running nothing but CLONEDVD after a shutdown) and we are referred to a FAQ that tells us to do all kinds of "work-arounds" !! (which I have -- with little success) CLONEDVD worked for over a year plus - then intermittently --- now seldom (great collection of coasters Shouldn't software (which I paid for) have a more elegant / informational error/exit strategy than "hanging" ??? DVD Shrink (free-old as hills) works just fine with my DVD burner / Sony media while I'm reading mail, editing in WORD, surfing the web. I thought I was "stepping up" by purchasing a "supported" product. My support ticket response asked if my DVD or CPU were overheating !@! Has anyone been able to get through to good support or their money back ? If I wrote software (oh, wait, I do) -- I'd be embarrassed !
