Fix: Netflix mostly back to HD
New: persistent queue - the queue contents are stored on HDD and will be reloaded again when starting the application.
Workaround: MacOS only: StreamFab will somehow block shared memory even after exiting, so that AnyStream fails to start
AnyStream now avoids shared memory and uses a different approach.
Fix: pick up all individual segments of "Toy Story Funday Football"
