Anyone know if the Certificate Folder in BDMV is important?

Does it effect how the disc plays or cause problems if I decide to burn it on a blank BD disc?

 

It's required. Some players might refuse playback if it's missing

Is there anyway to recreate it, or do we have to rip again?

 

Anydvd already rips it (both to folder and to ISO)
