Unless removed by some form of audio recoding by a program capable to remove it, Cinavia survives ANY type of encoding. Whether it's bd25, Avi, mp4,mkv...
When playing however, only licensed Blu-ray players from Feb 2012 onwards are required to detect it. KODI does not fall in that category.
