ANYDVDHDのライセンスが2021年2月で切れていたので
延長しようとした所、1年だと、2022年2月までしか延長されない！
2年契約しろと言うことですか？

それか新しくライセンスを取得しろと言うことですか？？
 
答えてください。今日～1年ライセンス伸ばせるなら
購入します。
 
ライセンスの更新は、購入時期にかかわらず、常にライセンスの有効期限から始まります。

しかし、私はあなたのために例外を設けます。1年間更新して、後で1年後に期限が切れるように変更しておきます。
 
2年間更新sするので、2年後の2024/1/17まで有効期限を伸ばして下さい。

ここに書くのではなく、サポートに書いた方が良いと思いますよ。
不特定多数の人が見る掲示板なので....

一言書くとしたら、RedFox（旧slysoftを含め）
ソフトがソフトなので、大手のクレカ決算企業は対応してくれないので
中小などのクレカ決算企業に依頼をしている
日本の場合、日本国内のクレカ企業は世界のクレカと比べ対応しているものが少ない
(同じmaster/visa/amxなどでも...)
その辺を考慮して色々試して私は購入しています

対応できないクレカに関して、対応してくれ...はその決算サイトの問題なので
RedFoxでは対応しきれないかもしれません。
他の方法を自力で見つけてください

bitcoinを使うとか、違うクレカを試してみるとか...
海外のクレカを自力で作るとか...(敷居が高いけど....)

クレジット会社のシステムが処理を拒否したんでしょ。不正使用対策とかで。
何年も前だが同じ様になって、クレカ会社へ連絡相談して一時的に対策止めてもらって決済できた。

問題内訳やクレカ会社の対応が、同じようになるかは知らんけど。

Vプリカで購入できます。
しかし、出来ない場合もあります。
その時は課金してVプリカのカード番号を更新して新しい番号にしたりすると出来るかも知れない。
(私は以前そのようにして購入したが、それはやってみるしかない)
ただ現在、Vプリカが使えるかどうかはわかりません。

素直にbitcoinで購入する方が吉かもしれませんね。
(人によりbitcoinも最初は敷居が高いかも知れませんが...)
 
私の場合７、８回処理されていませんでしたと警告されていましたけど実際はカード会社から請求が来て慌てました。
