Hello All!

I'm a happy Slysoft customer of all the products and use them regularly. With that said, I tend to rip to an ISO image (full DVD), then process it later, depending on what I want to retain. With that said, the combo I've been using is AnyDVD with DVD Decrypter. I've seen a few threads on CDFreaks talking about the options in Decrypter that need to be disabled, but I want to be sure, so why not get it from the horse's mouth.

I think it was Ollie that posted to disable the following:
General > Options > "Check For Structure Protection"
I/O > Interface > "ElbyCDIO - Elaborate Bytes"

I've seen other posts that recommend to disable the following:
General > Options > "Remove Macrovision Protection"
General > Options > "Check For Structure Protection"
ISO Read Mode > Options > Disable all but "Create MDS File"
CSS > CSS Cracking Methods > "None"
CSS > Options > All should be unchecked
I/O > Interface > "ElbyCDIO - Elaborate Bytes"

So, what's the best way to let AnyDVD handle everything it's supposed to without DVD Decrypter stepping on any toes?

Thanks!

You are correct Clintb.

As stated by Ollie from cdfreaks.com

"To use DVD Decrypter in conjunction with AnyDVD

Proceed to the DVD Decrypter Opening Page - Tools - Settings

I/O Tab - Click on "Elby CDIO-Elaborate Bytes"

General Tab - un-check "Check For Structure Protection"

Hope this helps bud. Oh and by the way this is the same method I have been using and it works out great.

I have a reg file that I use when switching between the defaults and my settings. You can download it from here. If you don't trust it, open it in notepad and you'll see there is no harm done.

EDIT:
Disable "Remove Prohibited User Operations" in AnyDVD. DVD Decrypter will do it for you in a different, less problematic way.
