when i downloaded the new update the icon will show on my desktop, but not in my tool tray.so i have lost anydvd and clone dvd,however i still have my access codes.can someone give me some info about what i may be doing wrong.
Everything was working until I did the update.

Double click your desktop icon. Should open in your tray....
 
got it

Same thing happened to me. Lost the fox and it would not start from the desktop. I rebooted and the fox came back but it was 6.1.3.0 not the new one that I downloaded so I downloaded it again and everything is fine now.
